Thrive, Nurture and Grow When the Odds are Against You
During the last two years of my mother’s life, I worked as her full-time health care aide. And while, at times. Life was incredibly hard. I reinvented myself as:
* A life design coach
* Speaker
* Podcaster
* Mentor to my co-host of the ‘Life Is A Classroom Podcast’, Sam who contemplated suicide four years ago
* Started the Life Is a Classroom Foundation to honour my deceased parents, Joseph who passed away from cancer in February 2004 and Celia who passed away from vascular dementia in May 2023.
We can do hard things and thrive.
This book is a testament to just that.
I invite you to dive into these pages and discover inspiration and understanding from someone who has walked a difficult path and come out the other side stronger, happier, and ready to take on the world.
